Paweł Orłowski, lawyer, member of the Board of Pomorskie Voivodeship, responsible for health care, including e-health and social policy issues, deputy minister in the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development in 2011-2015, member of Polish Parliament in 2010-2011, deputy mayor of Sopot in 2006-2010.

Co-author of the National Urban Policy 2023, responsible for the adoption of the act on revitalization passed in 2015. He managed the European Social Fund under the Human Capital and Knowledge Development Education Operational Program. He co-created the Operational Program Digital Poland and the social housing program for rent.

A keen sailor, a member of the Polish national team in the 90s.
