From the beginning of his career he is associated with the IT industry in the health sector. A graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics at the Catholic University of Lublin and the Faculty of Computer Science at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.

Currently he holds the position of Director of the Software Development Division at CompuGroup Medical Polska. He is leading a team that is responsible for implementing IT strategies, product management and software development. In previous years, he led a team of business analyzes, software development teams and worked as a programmer at the creation of one of the largest HIS class systems in Poland.

Expert in the field of agile methodologies and software engineering. Has extensive experience in the implementation of projects for comprehensive computerization of health care units.
