A graduate of the Faculty of Electrical and Control Engineering at the Opole University of Technology. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Management, Computer Science and Finance at the University of Economics in Wroclaw. In 2013 he completed the Management 2013 course at ICAN Institute. From the beginning of his professional career he has been involved in IT in health care. In the years 1998-2000 he worked in the IT Department of the Provincial Medical Center, where he participated in the implementation of the integrated IT system.

In 2000, he co-founded Medinet, a company that developed its own HIS class system. In the following years he developed the company and its products and held positions in the company’s management. After transformation into a capital company in 2010, he became the Vice President of the Management Board Medinet IT Systems. In 2014, after the inclusion of Medinet to the SIMPLE Capital Group, he assumed the position of the President of the Management Board of Medinet.
