For many years he cooperated with the Polish Academy of Sciences (Institute of Catalysis and Surface Chemistry). His scientific achievements and publications have been widely used in cooperation with many research institutions, including in particular the Laboratory of Analysis and Non-destructive Research of Historical Objects of the National Museum.
His main area of interest is the analysis of images recorded by cameras, hyper and multispectral devices. He is the creator of many algorithms and software whose aim is to support the human during the analysis of multidimensional measurement data. In addition, he is also involved in the design and development of fully autonomous measuring devices. For over 10 years he has been specializing in the use of such issues as machine learning, fuzzy logic or complex systems during the design and creation of algorithms and applications. He is a co-author of software responsible for the analysis of data from cytological tests, which was developed by Digitmed Sp. z o. o.
