Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (post-graduate studies: Effective IT management in the enterprise) and Military University of Technology in Warsaw (Automated Command Systems:  Mathematical Analysis, Statistics, Probability Theory, Optimisation, Artificial Intelligence, Control Theory, Information Security, Robotics, Digital Systems, Interactive Systems).

His professional career began in 2001. In 2004-2013 he was a Project Manager for such companies as Citi Bank Handlowy and Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. In 2015, he became the IT Group Director at CTL Logistics Sp. z o.o.

His knowledge and experience is based on Prince 2, PMI, SDLC, CISSP  and is supported by trainings and certificates, among others in the area of IT security and security audits.

He is a successful manager with over 17 years of experience in managing projects, programmes and IT development in large organisations in the banking, telecommunications, energy, postal services, railway transport and logistics sectors. In his approach, he focuses on delivering value to business, specialising in IT restructuring processes, managing projects with high complexity and dispersion levels, in particular those associated with a lot of problems and high risks.  An experienced negotiator and re-negotiator of contracts with vendors. He is good at establishing and maintaining positive relations between the technical side of the organization and the world of business.
