Doctor of medical sciences, nurse, academic teacher, specialist in the field of surgical nursing. Employed at the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin. She is responsible there, among others for international cooperation.
In 2010-2014 she was an expert of the International Council of Nurses – ICN in the field of work environment and remuneration. She has the certification of the trainer of the International Classification of Nursing Practice ICNP.
As a member of the Main Board of the Polish Nursing Association since 2008 is involved in implementation of projects and research to improve the working environment of nurses in Poland and dissemination of digitization and development of care standards by popularizing and implementing ICNP for didactics and practical activities.
