He graduated from Kielce University of Technology. He started his career in 2004 at the Holy Cross Cancer Center, in the IT Department, where he developd medical systems. He specialized in EMR, medical documentation and medical image processing. He was also the leader of the Medical Systems Section in the IT Department and Deputy Director for IT in CSIOZ. He is a medical systems designer and an implementation specialist.
He has been working at the National Centre for Healthcare Information Systems (CSIOZ) since 2013. He began his work as the architect specialist and the chief architect in the Project Management Office. He was working on the technical interoperability development, the development of the Polish National Implementation of HL7 CDA and the implementation of IHE Integration Profiles. He was working on the enterprise architecture for the Healthcare Information System.
At present, he is the Director’s Plenipotentiary for Interoperability. He is coordinating the development of interoperability.
Holder of the IT and project managements certifications: Prince 2 Practitioner, ITIL Foundation.
