In 2004 he graduated Warsaw School of Information Technology  under the auspices of the Polish Academy of Science as a Master of Science in Databases and Artificial Intelligence.

From the beginning of his career connected with Health Care IT sector. In 1999 employed in Supervision of Health Insurance Office, then in Health Insurance Fund for Uniformed Services, actually the acting head of IT Department in National Health Fund.

He specialises in projects concerning development of computer systems specifically in the matters of managing and architecture of computer solutions.
