Lubomira Wengler , PhD in legal sciences, legal adviser with over twenty years of experience, a graduate of the University of Gdańsk and numerous domestic and foreign courses (France, the Netherlands, Norway). She runs individual professional practice and advises management boards of companies, in particular in the field of intellectual property rights, health protection, ICT contracts, personal data protection, information security. She conducts training in the areas of intellectual property law and the law of new technologies, and supports the activities of the third sector, including the Polish Society for Health Programs in Gdańsk. She regards digital transformation as an inevitable process in which an active participant is an intellectual adventure.
